Bubur Fakhry - Pumpkin and Kiss's Pizza

okay.. Kiss tak pernah suka roti telur.. Tak sedap katanya. Memang dia tak akan makan tau. Tapi kalau roti sapu jem or nutella, toasted memang laju. Tapi tulah, takkan hari-hari breakfast makan itu je kan.. Last weekend, when visiting MIL she made her roti telur ala pizza.. and she ate slice after slice. Siap puji-puji lagi. See, its all about PRESENTATIONS.Kids memamg macam ni.. benda yang sama,roti telur juga, just twist a little bit and we can trick them.


So, here's the Twist and Trick Pizz recipe. Emm, senang je.. All you need for 1 piece of this pizza is, 3 slices of white bread, 2 eggs, salt, sosej. First, pecahkan telur, whisk it. Tambah garam secukup rasa. Then, carikkan roti kecil-kecil. Lets it soak for few minutes, so roti tu kembang.


Dah kembang just masak atas non stick pan dengan api kecil. Make sure, leperkan. Kata nak buat pizza kan. Ni kononya pizza base la ni. Then, letak toppings nya. I just letak sosej sahaja. Senang and cepat. Tapi kalau letak bawang or veggies pon ok. Pastu, bila dah agak base dia masak, flips it carefully, untuk garingkan sosej je.


Dah siap. Panggil Kiss potong her pizza. And she ate without noticing ia adalah roti telur..hahaha.Definitely, this recipe will be in the list for her morning meals. I makan letak sauce kat atas tu.. kick sikit.

Okay, pagi tadi bubur fakhry letak ini.
Ade pumpkin. Memang sedapppp. Lemak manis, ditambah dengan carrot. Cauliflower and sawi for the fibre, protein from chicken and oh beras for his carbs.(takde dalam gambar). Macam biasa..before masak, rendam seketika dulu sayur dalam filtered water then basuh sambil selawat tau. Supaya anak tak degil, sambil basuh and masak baca Ya Latif (Maha Lemah Lembut) banyak2x kali. heheh. Unfortunately, subuh2 tu ngantuk lupa nak baca.:(


Tada, dah masak. Ni, dah tinggal separuh.. Sebab dah suap dah. Biasa masak sekali dekat 3/4 periuk kecil tu. 3 servings katakan. Letak pumpkin memang sedap. So far, he likes it and got no problems at all to finish it. Alhamdulillah.
