Baby Food a.k.a Bubur Fakhry - Sweet Potato

Biasala.. semua mak-mak pun masak bubur untuk anaknya. Semua nak the best kan. I choose to cook from raw for my baby instead of buying the instant baby food. Alah senang je, rebus-rebus or stim, blender, siap. Kalau prosedurnya macam kena masak rendang, harus I orang pertama beli instant.hehe. Lagipun bubur masak sendiri ni, actually is cheaper, healthier, boleh variasikan setiap hari so baby tak bosan, no added salt or preservatives and fresh.

Hmm..ini jelah masanya nak control pon apa yang dia makan, dah besar macam kakaknya, dah pandai demand nak makan KFC la, McDonaldsla, cupcakesla, pizza, Kit Kat and the lists go on.

Okay ni Bubur Fakhry semalam.. Every morning, subuh2 dah masak. The baby is a morning person. By 7am dah bangun and by 8am he will have his breakfast. Biasa masak untuk 3 servings sekaligus breakfast, lunch 12pm and for his dinner at 5pm. Memang everyday bubur dia seperiuk habis. Alhamdulillah he is not a fussy eater,so far.

Yang oren tu is the sweet potatoes (keledek), kentang, brocolli, sawi, daun bawang sikit untuk bau yang best, ayam and beras. Beras sikit je, baru sedap, lagipun kentang pun carbs jugakan..Rebus semua yang keras-keras dulu, Last sekali letak sawi and daun bawang bila nak masak. Surprisingly, tak payah garam walau sedikit pun, dah cukup sedap. Serba rasa, masin,manis,lemak-lemak macam tu. Tak caya cer rasa.

Yummy.Ini dah blender. He's already 11months. so blend kasar sikit. Tapi kasar sangat dia taknak.. malas kunyah budak ni, tau nak sedut je. Nak cepat kononnya.

See, sayur keledek dapat no.1 paling bagus untuk baby. Sadly, malays selalu kaitkan dengan angin. Tapi, actually buang angin tu bagus.. improve bowel system baby, so tak kembungla.. ok.
